Authorizing the City of Dunes City to apply for an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife grant for technical assistance and installation costs of repairs to and/or replacement of the Woahink outlet control structure and delegating authority to the City Administrator to sign the grant application

Authorizing the Administrator of the City of Dunes City to apply for an Oregon Department of Emergency Management grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the development of an emergency evacuation trail across the lands designated as Rebecca’s Trail and delegating authority to the City Administrator to sign the grant application

DECLARING THE CITY’S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.

ESTABLISHING THE APPLICATiON FEE FOR A SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMIT; APPROVING THE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM, AND AUTHORIZING CITY ADMINISTRATOR JAMIE MILLS TO MAIL LETTER TO EVERY PROPERTY OWNER IN DUNES CITY INFORMING THEM OF THE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE NO. 256-B AND ITS MANDATE FOR A PERMIT IN ORDER TO OPERATE A SHORT-TERM RENTAL IN THE DUNES CITY LIMITS.

AUTHORIZING CITY ADMINISTRATOR JAMIE MILLS TO DO AND PERFORM ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY FOR THE CITY TO APPLY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE LANDS FOR A SUBMERGED LANDS ENHANCEMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000 TO ACQUIRE ANOTHER TRACT OF LAND FOR REBECCA’S TRAIL.

Authorizes City Admin Jamie Mills to do & preform all actions necessary for the City to accept ownership & control of The Fern Acres Water System & to provide municipal water services to said small community

Authorizes City Administrator Jamie Mills to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement for EPermitting on behalf of Dunes City

Authorizes the City of Dunes City to Apply for OR Parks & Rec Grant to develop Rebecca’s Trail & Authorizes City Administrator to sign the Grant Application

Creates a new Trust and Agency Fund, to track acquisitions and expenditures of the American Rescue Act Fund.

Changes “Water Rights Compliance Fund” to “Water Fund” and changes fund designation from “Special” to “Enterprise”

Authorizing the City of Dunes City Administrator to use a portion, but no more than $290,000.00 of the American Rescue Act Funds to Assist Small Water Systems

Adopting the City of Dunes City Inspection Program Operating Plan
