Amends Section 155.2.1.111, 155.2.1.270, 155.2.1 & 155.2.211 to Add Marijuana Producers to the List of Conditional Uses that Require a Conditional Use Permit. Also Adds New Provisions to Terminate any Conditional Use Permit Granted under 155.2.1 for any Change of Use or Ownership. Adds Recreational Marijuana Processors are Required to have Conditional Use Permit. Adds Sec. 155.2.2.220 to Require Special Standards that must be met for Recreational Marijuana Processors. Also Adds new Provisions to Terminate any Conditional Use Permit Granted under the terms of Sec. 155.2.2 upon any Change of Use or Ownership of Real Property that Cond. Use was permitted.
